Here's an overview of custom embroidery or screen printing services order process at LogoWear Pros:

Step 1:
Once your new order is placed with us, you'll receive e-mail confirmation with artwork requirements. Note: Embroidery artwork needs to be in "DST" file format. We can provide this service for you (additional charges may apply); we'll take a look at your design and let you know if it's needed. For printing - ideally, all artwork files should be high resolution (1200 dpi or higher). Sounds complicated? No problem! Our customer care staff WILL help you!

Step 2:
A client services rep will be in contact to verify we can fulfill your new custom embroidery screen printing, or digital garment printing order.

Step 3:
An order proof will be sent over for you to approve – please acknowledge and return within 24 hours to ensure prompt printing so your custom order arrives on time!

Step 4:
You receive your custom new apparel featuring embroidery or printing with your submitted artwork.
